Buying a house is a lot of work. Not only is it a big investment but it requires a lot of thought into where you want to live. This will be your home for the next ten or twenty years so you want to make sure you get it right.
For instance, if you have or are planning on having kids, is there a good school nearby? Be sure to talk to the people in the neighborhood and especially make sure to talk to the school teachers as well. Is it where you want to send your kids?
